I need urgent help

We want to make it easier for people to find our local mental health services through our website. To do this, we're looking for people to help test the website and give feedback to improve it

What’s involved?

- We’ll ask you to do some tasks on our website
- We’ll send you a link to join a remote session using Google Meet with our researcher
- You’ll need to join on a laptop or smartphone – but you won’t need to share your screen
- It’ll take about 45 minutes
- We don’t expect the session to bring up any triggering or sensitive topics
- It’s voluntary – you can stop any time if you change your mind

What do I need to do to take part?
- Be 18 or over
- Live in England or Wales
- Have access to a laptop or smartphone

When is this happening?
We aim to run the testing at the start of May 2025.

The application deadline is 10th May.

Do I get paid for this?
If chosen to take part, we’ll give you £25 to say thank you.
