We can’t give 1:1 or emergency support for people in a crisis. If this is what you need right now, you can find ways to access it on our website.
I need urgent helpFollowing member feedback, we collaborated with our development team to enable members to have more control over whether they want to see reactions across the site or not.
What's changed?
You can turn off reactions, which means you won't see them anywhere on Side by Side, such as posts and comments. This means you won't see other members' reactions on your posts, and you can't react to theirs.
How do I do this?
Go to your Settings > Communication Settings > and untick the box that says "Enable Reactions".

Can I change my mind?
Yes, if you would like to see reactions again, simply tick the box in your Settings.
Why have you done this?
We hear that getting reactions on posts might make some people feel anxious about getting enough engagement on their posts or comments. For some people, they may not like the reaction options available and feel that they don't offer the type of support they are looking for. For others, getting reactions is a good way of receiving support, and they will be able to keep them switched on.
